3 Summits for Nepal and Crooked Trails invite you to join us for our 6th year of climbing mountains with a purpose. The idea for these fundraising climbs started in 2006 and the tradition will continue this summer as we plan to climb Mount Rainier and at the same time raise money to support children's education in Nepal.
Our first two summits will be on the weekend of July 15-17 as we plan to take two groups up the mountain climbing two different routes: the Disappointment Cleaver route starting from Paradise and the Emmons Glacier route starting from White River. Mountaineering skills will be taught to the participants prior to the summit climb. Our third summit will be another trip up the Disappointment Cleaver route on the weekend of July 29-31.
The registration fee is $100 and the minimum fundraising commitment is $1000 (tax-deductible) for a spot on one of the three climbs. All fundraising proceeds will go to a village in Nepal needing another school building.
For more information please send us an email.
